Reading is Mindfulness Meditation

READING IS MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

 

Mindfulness meditation can be induced by reading.  Reading cause one to be ever mindful of every moment of the developing information coming into the reader.  Each word, actually each letter, must be concentrated on if only in the flash of a fast reader, and each letter must be attended to in order to decode the word.

 

Think of how aware you are of your actions after reading a good, engrossing novel.  There is mindfulness!
